We've barely even got halloween out of the way, but I'm already thinking of Christmas. My children have got to the ages now where the house is full & they pretty much have everything they need. So this year to make it a bit easier & to stop the house becoming even more full, we are taking the approach of “Something they want, Something they need, Something to wear, Something to read.” Here are a couple of ideas to inspire you:
Something they want:
The Wooden Balance Bike & the Mini Wooden bike By MamaToyz are lovely toys for toddlers to help develop the skills they need for riding a bike.
We have a lovely range of Kiko & GG toys including the Wooden Play Telephone & the Gatcha Gatcha Wooden Gum Ball Machine; with stunning yet simple designs, these toys will keep your kids entertained for hours.
Something they need:
The Liewood children’s bedding comes in a huge range of styles to suit everyones tastes, & it even come with a matching tote bag!
We love the Play & Go storage bags for hiding away all the tiny toys & making the room look extra stylish at the same time!
Something to wear:
Have you seen the new Liewood outerwear?! If not you need to see! So many gorgeous reversible coats & gilets with snuggly sherpa lining.
Konges slojd have some stunning rainwear & accessories in their newest collection, in the sweetest designs. They have the softest gloves which would make a brilliant stocking filler this Christmas too!
Something to read:
My son is a huge fan of the Wee Gallery Press & Listen books so we will definitely be adding more to his collection. And my daughter loves the Colour Me water books from Wee Gallery too; we use these in the bath & also with a pot of water & paintbrush to prate fine motor skills.
The Little People, Big Dreams books are a brilliant gift idea, with so many inspirational people to choose from. We love these for educating ourselves as well as inspiring our children!
