Furniture Deliveries
We offer 2 man delivery to room of choice on furniture items. Please note that we cannot deliver to postcodes KW, PA20 and above, IV16 and above and PH20
and above. Please contact us at support@sorenshouse.co.uk for a courier quote to these postcodes.
We use Royal Mail Tracked, Parcelforce tracked and DPD next day parcel services for UK deliveries. Our standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days (unless stated differently on the product page - please check the delivery information on the product page). Deliveries are photographed to ensure that parcels are received.

UK Delivery Rates
Orders under £40 - £3.50 (3-5 working days)
Orders over £40 are FREE (excluding furniture deliveries) (3-5 working days)
Large furniture deliveries in the UK are charged at a flat rate of £19.95
Next day delivery is available for orders that are placed before 1pm the previous day for £4.50 (DPD £5.95) or orders over £40 for £3.50 (DPD £3.95). (Please note that this is next working day and does not include weekends or bank holidays).
European & Worldwide Delivery Rates
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout, dependent on your country.
We deliver internationally with DHL, so deliveries are usually within 5 days, again depending on your country.
International deliveries may be subject to local duties and taxes, which the customer is responsible for and are not included in the shipping price.
Some of our products are very large and heavy, so will not automatically checkout to certain countries - please contact us at support@sorenshouse.co.uk for help and a shipping quote.

The majority of our parcels arrive on time, but for the rare ones that do go astray, we give a grace period of 14 days to our couriers, before entering in to claims for missing items and lost parcels.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are mislaid because of incorrect shipping information.
We also cannot be help responsible for lost parcels that are not collected from the Post Office within their collection time frame.
