Soren's House Returns

Sometimes items arrive and you may have changed your mind, this is no problem at all. At the moment, we are accepting returns within 30 days. If you would like to return an item, please post to the returns address on the paperwork, including your order number, so that we can refund for you.

For Customer Services please call 0330 1336089 between 9.00am & 4.00pm Monday to Friday. 

Faulty Items - Please notify us within 7 days of delivery regarding any damaged or faults with your items by emailing support@sorenshouse.co.uk

Please note that we do not offer free returns and customers are liable for the return shipping cost of all items, unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item.

If you would like to exchange for a different item, please email support@sorenshouse.co.uk so that we can reserve items for you and help with the process.

We aim to refund you as soon as we can, but in busy periods the returns process can take a little longer, sometimes up to 14 days. We will refund returns to the original method of payment.

Please return any items unused and in the original packaging within 30 days. If this is a problem, please contact us and we will extend this for you - we know how busy parents are!
