Where is my order?
Our delivery time for orders range from a few days to 6 weeks depending on the product, so please check the delivery information on the product page for delivery timescales.
Please see a summary of delivery times by brand (unless held in stock for immediate delivery, which will be noted on the product page).
Lorena Canals: Approximately 4 weeks (unless held in stock)
Banwood: 7 to 10 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
Scoot & Ride: 2 to 4 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
Avery Row: 2 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
Oliver Furniture: Approximately 4 weeks (unless held in stock)
Kas Kopenhagen: Approximately 4 weeks (unless held in stock)
Quax: Approximately 4 weeks (unless held in stock)
Can I cancel or amend my order? Once orders are placed they cannot always be amended or cancelled, as they are sent for immediate fulfilment. Please email support@sorenshouse.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel my Furniture Order? Furniture orders cannot be cancelled after 14 days of your order being placed as they are made and shipped to order. Furniture orders are also non-returnable unless faulty.
